I've only had my Versa for 6 months and the screen stopped working. Stays black. I still get notifications to my phone. It has never gotten wet or submerged into water. It just stopped suddenly while wearing it. I no longer have a receipt. I've seen on Google other people have had this happen.. for costing so much I didn't anticipate this. Can it be replaced if sent to Fitbit? I bought it at BestBuy and they wont take it without receipt.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Add me to the long list of Versa users whose screen has stopped working correctly. My Versa is just shy of 8 months old.
About two weeks ago I had the clock error in the middle of the night and it has not worked correctly since. In those two weeks I have spent countless hours trying to trouble shoot the issue. I have restarted, updated to the latest updates, using only a fitbit clock face, and last night did an entire factory reset along with removing my Versa from the app and reinstalling it.
There is nothing left and it works intermittently, sometimes black screen, sometime will not swipe when I get the screen, and sometimes works, so I know it's an issue with the device.
Very frustrating. This is my third fitbit from the Alta, to the Blaze and now the Versa. I love them, but I'm not sure I will purchase again after this issue. It seems to be widespread for a few years, with no fix.

Thank you! That will be my next move when I have some time, hopefully over the weekend!

How do I restart a dead VERSA 2? Screen quit completely earlier today. Full battery. Greenights flickering. Lots of references to restart but none for v2.
