My screen suddenly went black and isn't turning back on, but the heart rate sensor still works. I've tried restarting it but it didn't fix the problem. Please help.

This exact same problem is happening to me. I was able to still track although I can see nothing unless I go to the app. I uninstalled and tried to install again but no success since you need to see the display to install. ANYONE JAVE ANY ADVICE.?    Support is not working.
