Screen on, but won’t swipe

My screen suddenly started not allowing me to swipe, so I can’t see things. The clock still shows and the buttons work, but once to the screens I can’t do anything. I’ve tried resetting multiple times, turned it off for over an hour, recharged it and it still doesn’t work. Any other thoughts/suggestions?

I’m having the same issue. Screen is on... buttons work... unable to change the screen with a swipe up or down.

I ended up calling tech support, went through a couple restarts and it didn’t fix it, so they sent me a new one
