Is the screen with the logo the one it showed when you first got it (with the URL www.fitbit.com/setup) ?

If so, it means that it is no longer connected to your account for some reason and you'll need to go through the setup process again to reconnect it. In the account section of the app select "set up a device"

I am having a similar problem. My Versa started showing only the logo.I tried resetting according to the instructions given in some other answers but the screen just went blank and started showing the logo again in a couple of seconds. Then I just left the watch as it is.After a day i noticed that it had got discharged. So i tried to charge it.While charging, the screen was back to normal.Relieved,I charged it to 100% and wore it to work.It was working perfectly normal. After about 3 hours,it started showing the logo again. And it got discharged in about a day(usually lasts 3 days with continuous use).It was showing just the logo continuously.I again charged it and it started working as normal but the problem relapsed after an hour. Please advise ASAP.

That's exactly what happened to mine, I ended up turning mine in and they gave me a new one.

I went onto the Fitbit website and talked to someone who walked me through a few steps to try and when that didn't work they checked my warranty and because  it was gifted to me less than a year ago it was in the Fitbit warranty and they sent me a new box
