Screen stopped working on Versa

I've had my Versa for awhile which has been working great . Then today.. All of a sudden my touch screen doesn't work. Nothing is working on the screen what do ever. I've tried to factory reset and have restarted multiple time and still nothing. Any suggestions?

The same thing happened to me today. All of a sudden I looked down at my watch and the screen was dark and sort of pixelated. Now there’s nothing on the screen at all.

So this morning my watch was fully charged. I pressed the side button (the
one by itself) and the bottom button.... The screen flickered then the
fitbit symbol came up. I let it do its thing, and now my screen is working
like it should. Good luck.
Dang it, I tried it again just as I was replying... My screen had the
fitbit symbol come up again.... And now my touch screen doesn't work again.
Grrrr!
