Screen wake grayed out on original Versa

Lately my original Versa screen stopped turning on when I turned my wrist.  I went to Settings / Screen Wake and the option is set to Manual (Button) and grayed out.  How can I get this changed?

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks!  That seems to have worked.  I had already reset it, but maybe the additional 5 resets did the trick
