My versa stopped receiving texts messages. I just use the messaging app that came with my samsung s8. Things that have not fixed the problem: fitbit restart, phone restart, deleting and reinstalling the app, unpairing and re-pairing. Every single app permission is enabled and I see messages on my phone lock screen. The fitbit receives phone calls and I can make other changes like the background, etc. It syncs workout data fine. Just no texts which is the whole reason I picked this tracker. About to wash my hands of Fitbit entirely and just get a smartwatch that WORKS. This is a huge waste of my time!

Hi @AHC19 - Unfortunately your phone is not on the list of supported devices. Fitbit is constantly working to test more phones and add them to the list. But for now, I’m afraid I don’t have a solution.

Ditto my pixel 2xl which stopped working with an Android 10 update, kind of the number one thing I expect from my smart watch, to get the notifications properly...

I got the new iPhone 11 pro max a couple weeks ago. I can get a call across the Versa but no text. I have followed every step they suggest and nothing will work. can someone help me with this?
