The other day I noticed my screen started glitching, then it would take a few seconds for the buttons to work when I pressed them and for the screen to light up, and then the other night I went to check my text and the screen was completely black but still back lit. I attempted to restart it and now the screen won't turn on. It's completely black. It still vibrates when I get a text, it'll still track my steps, and the heart rate sensor is still sensing. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Mine has done exactly the same today. It reset itself a few times this morning and then the screen wouldn't work. I tried charging it but it was at around 80%. The screen went black and wouldn't respond. I tried changing the clock face to a Fitbit one and it changed it but kept saying it failed. Then it finally fixed itself. It went black again about 3 hours ago, but then I held the buttons to reset it and it was mostly fine. However, it would vibrate and open my notifications by itself repeatedly.  About 20 minutes ago, it stopped backlighting and won't let me reset it now either. It's still tracking my steps and heart rate but that's it.

I contacted Fitbit via the Twitter chat. They opened me a ticket and are now checking my warranty status, but it won't be covered still. As my dad is currently having issues with his Ionic and I have a 35% discount with Garmin through my gym, we'll be switching if they want me to buy a new tracker.
