Sending back my Fitbit

Hello! I’m going to be sending back my Fitbit because it’s not working. Does anyone know what all I should send back? Like do I just send back the actual device or do I need the straps etc?

I would suggest you not just send it back without first talking to support to get return authorization.  I would expect they would give you information about what to return.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you! I did and they said they’d send an email saying what to send back but they didn’t 😞
