Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to display time a few minutes ahead.

The tracker time is taken from your phone or other sync device each time it syncs.  There is no other way to change time other than full hours for time zones.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@peagaaj Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your question about having your Versa to display minutes ahead, my friend @JohnnyRow is correct.

 

If you change your phone's time to have amount of minutes you want ahead on your Versa, your request can be possible but it can be confusing from the actual and correct time for you.

 

As a side note, I'd like you to check out and vote for this Feature Suggestion, which request a similar idea. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our team.
