I have selected my 7 steps settings and I cannot get out of the screen. How do I get out of it?

Can you clarify which screen you are on?  I don't recognize "7 steps settings".

Which 7 steps?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The daily tracking things like:

Core stats
Heart rate
Food
Water
Weight
Steps

Press the left button.  That generally takes you back one screen, and is the way out of anything.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
