Settings changed

My son used the watch today (Versa) and now that i have reconnected to my phone, a few settings have disappeared/changed. For example steps do not appear, the watch face is different and notifications settings. I have tried restarting and synchronising but didn’t help. My phone is  iOS 12.3.1

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concerns regarding the settings of your Fitbit Versa which have changed after your son used the device. Thank you for providing the additional details and your efforts to resolve this. Since your son used the watch, I recommend confirming that you're logged into your Fitbit account and the watch is paired to your account. You can find the steps to change the clock face on your device here

 

If you're using a new Fitbit app version, please check this help article where you can find the steps to add or rearrange tiles in order to see your stats: What’s the new Fitbit app experience?
