I see the option to add Detect Irregular Heart Rate to my Versa 2 Fitbit. When I select get started it takes me to Privacy Policy. The word NEXT is gray & will not let me select it. I hit the link to view Privacy Policy thinking that was it, but tab NEXT is still gray.

Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to the setup of the heart rate detect on your Versa 2. Can you send me a screenshot of both pages you're referring to, please? Most of the time, you need to check or mark a square for the 'next' or sometimes 'continue' option to be available.
