So, I have my versa 2 for a year now, and it has had its ups and downs, but I always figured out how to solve any problem by searching in the community.
Now, i cannot understand or fix it, so please help.
The device is updated. I have tried to reset. All still the same.
So, first, on my runs I keep the screen on. It does not work anymore and it does say it is active, so I always have to press the button to check my stats.
Second issue, my email notifications do not turn off, even when selecting to disable all notifications. It is very anoying!
Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Versa 2. Regarding the notification, please check your mobile device to see if your Fitbit is connected to Bluetooth. If it is connected, remove the connection. Close the Fitbit app and reopen it, then try to sync your Versa 2. At this point you should be asked if you want to pair your Versa with your mobile and this will reestablish the Bluetooth connect. Fingers crossed that fixes the notification issue, but just in case it doesn't, you can find more troubleshooting HERE.

I tried your route, did not work. Tried the troubleshooter...nothing.
And about the first issue, no suggestions??
