I was gifted a Fitbit Versa. It came to me fully charged but after connecting it to my phone yesterday the battery was drained. I have tried 3 wall chargers and they all say not enough power source. What can I do to give my watch life again?

Hi there, @Laura2005. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to solve this issue before reaching out.
Have you checked if the USB port or outlet is faulty? If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work, please don't use a USB hub. For best results, don’t leave your device plugged in on the charger longer than overnight.
If the suggestions don't work and your watch doesn't vibrate when you connect it to the charger, try these recommendations:
