Versa2 will not turn on

My versatile will not turn on.  My app says it's fully charged but will not come on at all.  I tried all of the tricks ect...please advise what to do.  I got it for Christmas.

Trying to figure out how to get a replacement. Of course I don't have the box or receipt.   It's not been working for a month but I hadn't been using it due to surgery.

Mines the same,  it just won't switch on yet its fully charged

Press and hold the power button for until the logo appears.  It will seem like forever but eventually it does come on.

Tried that-logo appeared and then went away again.  Thanks
