Sharing my experience with Versa and Customer Support

I just wanted to let all members of the Fitbit community know of my situation. As many versa users have experienced my Fitbit versa screen fell out. So I reached out to customer service and was told it was out of warranty and the best they could do is 25% off of a new purchase. They also denied that the screen falling out was a Fitbit problem when clearly it is. Then they closed the chat without letting us finish talking and asking questions. I am very disappointed in Fitbit as my current Fitbit is already a replacement for a Fitbit that had the screen pop out (this is the second time this has happened to me) and apparently a replacement has no warranty. I am not sure I will ever buy another Fitbit when I have had this experience and have seen how many Fitbit this has happened to. If Fitbit is not going to take responsibility for its problems then I am not sure they are worth my time or money.
