Hi everyone,

 

I am expecting a replacement for my versa 2. On Dec. 11th. It was received by the USPS office in Indianapolis, on Dec. 15th. It shows that it will Artie late and is in transit. Since then there has been no other updates. I spoke to Fitbit on the 23rd. And they told me that the USPS is having delivery problems. I asked them if they had a estimate and they said no. They insist that the watch will still be delivered, I don’t personally know if the watch is lost or running really late for delivery. Is anyone else having the same problem? This is really frustrating!!!

I know it’s frustrating, @mrsugarman but I urge patience. It seems many, many retailers are having the same problems, especially with the USPS. They are all facing unprecedented volume due to so many shopping online and staffing shortages due to covid exposures/positive tests. It’s bad all over. I do not believe your replacement is lost. It is more likely it’s sitting in a trailer somewhere, waiting for things to ease up. I’m still waiting for a package from another retailer that was ordered on 12/2. The post office sent me a notice that it would be delivered on 12/8. Then I heard noting until another notice (on 12/23) said it was in Richmond VA. Now, I’m in Michigan. I ordered from a company in Michigan. So what is my package doing in VA?!  All I can do is wait. In my example, the company was going to send out a replacement but were told THAT package would take at least another three weeks and hopefully my original package would arrive before that. Crazy times for sure.

Hi Mrsugarman,

I also sent my Versa2 back on Dec. 7th from IA.  It got to CA two days later then bounced around for 14 days on FedEx.  Haven't heard anything from Fitbit.  It was a few days old and it wasn't able to hold a connection to my s20fe phone for syncing. I am having the same frustration with the turn around time.  I am missing having a Fitbit.  I had a charge3  and a Versa Lite previously but got the versa 2 as a gift.  Hopefully the new one will arrive much quicker than the time it took me to send mine to Fitbit.
