I sent my Fitbit and charger in two weeks ago and they are supposed to send me a new one. How long does it take to get a replacement

I am glad to assist you with your question about the time frame to receive a replacement since you sent the tracker and the charging cable to us. Once our warehouse receives your return and processes the replacement order, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for you to receive the replacement. The time frame may vary depending on location.
