I am still using charge HR. The listed function of versa is appealing. However, I read from the forum that the basic function like Heart rate tracking, sleep stage detection are comment to be not working. I wonder shall I buy it?

Best AnswerI just got the Versa two days ago. I’ve had Flex and Blaze. Blaze just quit after two years. I was getting super frustrated with setup, so I called Fitbit support. The guy was super helpful.
However after I hung up, I realized I couldn’t listen to my music. Do I have to have Bluetooth headphones. That’s my next call.
I am not not happy with the clock face selection for Versa. Much prefer Apple Watch but like challenges and other things about Fitbit.

Best AnswerVersa doesn't synch reliably, and sometimes not at all. All the suggestions to turn-off/restart sometimes work, but many times don't. When traveling, the clock can take days to change to the new time zone. I've had mide 6+ months and it doesn't get better. Try another brand.

Best AnswerI have been using a Charge HR for 3 years and has been great. I recently got a Versa I have been using for 2 weeks and cannot get it to track HR correctly. I did a 3 hour bike ride and it had me in peak zone for almost 2 hours which is not physically possible. The Charge 2 has the same sensor as Charge HR so will be returning the Versa for a Charge 2, and be advised as they say "your mileage my vary".

Best AnswerDoes Versa hook into phone's GPS? I liked the built-in GPS of Ionic. That way I can run phone-free and listen to tunes.
