Should I get a Fitbit Versa?

I am still using charge HR. The listed function of versa is appealing. However, I read from the forum that the basic function like Heart rate tracking, sleep stage detection are comment to be not working. I wonder shall I buy it?

My boyfriend had a hard time setting the Versa up.  We found out an app stopped it from setting up.  It was a battery saver.  Setting up went smoothly after the battery saver was uninstalled.

I just got the Versa two days ago. I’ve had Flex and Blaze. Blaze just quit after two years. I was getting super frustrated with setup, so I called Fitbit support. The guy was super helpful.

However after I hung up, I realized I couldn’t listen to my music. Do I have to have Bluetooth headphones. That’s my next call.

I am not not happy with the clock face selection for Versa. Much prefer Apple Watch but like challenges and other things about Fitbit.

There are hundreds of clock faces.

I absolutely love my versa. It does everything it says. I am so glad that I got the chip. I love just using my watch to pay for stuff. It locks if you take it off for security and when I put back on I use my code.

There aren’t many click faces that I see. I have an iPhone. Could that be reason?

There are tons of clock faces plus you can use your own pictures if you like.

Just found them. You are right. I was too impatient learning new watch.

Versa doesn't synch reliably, and sometimes not at all.  All the suggestions to turn-off/restart sometimes work, but many times don't.  When traveling, the clock can take days to change to the new time zone.  I've had mide 6+ months and it doesn't get better.  Try another brand.

I have been using a Charge HR for 3 years and has been great. I recently got a Versa I have been using for 2 weeks and cannot get it to track HR correctly. I did a 3 hour bike ride and it had me in peak zone for almost 2 hours which is not physically possible. The Charge 2 has the same sensor as Charge HR so will be returning the Versa for a Charge 2, and be advised as they say "your mileage my vary".

Yes.  Unless you want GPS.  Then you want the Ionic.

You can use gps with versa, but only if you have phone close. Same with weather, agenda. But you don’t need phone for 300 songs it holds.

I have never had an issue, unless the device I’m syncing to has multiple Bluetooth devices hooked up

Does Versa hook into phone's GPS? I liked the built-in GPS of Ionic.  That way I can run phone-free and listen to tunes.
