Side button Versa 2 not working

I can’t use my side button on not even 1 yr old  versa 2 . Now deemed useless as I only bought it for the functions it had .

Hi there  @Flynny83Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

I recommend trying to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

Once you've done that, please restart your Versa by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?

No good tried , but button pushes in and out but doesn’t seem to activate anything . Held for over 30 secs

Since the button seems to be damaged, I'm going to request a case for you with our support team. This issue needs to be reviewed for them to determine your warranty status.
