I recently updated the software on my Fitbit to Firmware version: 32.70.8.0. Since that time, the performance on my Fitbit has gotten consistently worse. My Versa had worked well prior to the software update. Symptoms include:
1. Poor battery life. I have to recharge my Versa twice a day to keep it from going dead. I used to be able to get 3+ days of usage.
2. Display wake on raising wrist. This features seems to be disable when I choose the Exercise shortcut for "walk". I don't know if it is disable for the other exercise shortcuts. It normally takes at least two restarts to restore to the original settings upon completing the exercise.
3. Brightness level get set to dim, again when I choose the same exercise shortcut described above. Restart seems to restore this to the original setting.
4. Fitbit has stopped tracking heart rate during exercise. Haven't been able to restore ths.
5. Fitbit stopped tracking sleep. This is a recent development.
6. New development today - Fitbit stopped tracking minutes exercised and would reset to 0 every time I synced it with the app on my iPhone.
I experienced none of these issues prior to the software update.
There seems to be significant bugs in the most recent software update. I hope Fitbit puts out a patch soon.

Agree! My Versa battery went from lasting 5 days prior to the update to now lasting about 12 hours. The watch is pretty unusable with that low of a charge. Fitbit support did battery test and all they could tell me was the update doesn't impact battery life and they could offer me 25% discount on a new one..... Um my watch worked perfectly fine before their update so this shouldn't be my problem. Please patch or roll back the update for Versa watches!
