Hello, 

 

I was recently confused after I woke up to find my Versa 2 had died during the night even when it had 40% when I went to sleep. I tried starting it back up but the deceive flashed a low battery screen and died again. When I started recharging the battery, it showed it still having 32% though... 

 

I always get a notification of the device's battery being low, but didn't even get that. How did this happen?

Hi @ElectronicLad, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't hold a charge properly and goes black. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery level of your watch. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the battery issues get fixed.
