Simpler software to design Versa clock faces

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Why can I not SIMPLY design my own clock face that has:

-digital time WITH SECONDS

(Hello Fitbit geniuses! Lots of nurses use your watch!!!!)

-date (why do you even have clock faces that dont have the date!?!?!?!?)

-battery (ya it's also important...)

-maybe heart rate also (so I can visualize myself stressin' out)

I think these are minimum requirements and all the faces you have available are terrible in one way or another, or they may be perfect, but no seconds to view! (Why can't I just choose to have or not have seconds option visible for ALL designs????????)

My question is why can you not give your users a design studio that is SIMPLE? We can chose what is in the clock face and customize a simple image, background, color, size of font, or.....etc....maybe some drag and drop function? No B.S. codes that nobody understands.

I tried using your "design studio"... f*ed up my watch, then i couldn't download another face, so I had to *reset* my watch... 😠

Please think about this! I have been reading a lot and this is a common problem you have! Why not fix it???

If someone was smart enough to create this watch, than it should not be difficult to give this to your users!

@Megbit Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Thank you for your feedback regarding the Fitbit studio suite for the Fitbit OS. Some coding knowledge is usually helpful as this is normal in this type of environments but still your suggestion is great. Make sure you share it on our Feature Suggestions board. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

I wanted to add that you can download the "Maker" app (where you search for clockfaces on the Fitbit app) to help you design your own clockface in a easy manner.

Let me know how it goes!

"you can download the "Maker" app (where you search for clockfaces on the Fitbit app) "

where I search for clockfaces is under the clock face icon labeled "Clock Faces" - I searched for "Maker" and it is not "where you search for clockfaces."

It also is not under the list of all apps when I click on the app icon labeled "Apps" even when I search "Maker."

The breakdown of categories under apps is moderately helpful, but, given that these things have titles, did it not occur to anyone that it would be helpful to order them alphabetically? When scrolling through hundreds of items to locate one particular thing, you could easily scroll past and never find it.

any suggestions?
