Since my phone upgrade it seems like I have to leave fitbit I was using a Sony xa1 & now I've got a Samsung A50 have any of you had this problem? Smiley Mad

I don't understand what that means.  Can you elaborate?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I don't understand either I've been talking to someone on messenger from fitbit  & since my phone upgrade my new phone isn't compatible
