Hi. I'm having problems with my skin temperature records. Saying that on most nights my skin temperature is around 0 degrees Celcius which is highly incorrect.

The skin temperature reading is not an absolute reading but an average variation to your baseline temperature while you sleep, You should be able to see the chart of the temperature variation over the time that you slept. An example shown below:
