Sleep Analysis: No Score (Versa 2)

Hi - I bought the Versa 2 to better understand my sleep patterns. I also signed up for Premium membership to unlock all of the functionality of the Versa 2. 

I have the latest firmware and iOS software (iPhone 11 Pro). I have ‘no score’ for both my first and second night ... it has recorded my awake/restless minutes though.

 

I have read the posts on this topic - I have logged in and out several times. Still ‘no score’ ... please help me to fix this.

I'm having the same issue and will monitor your post for any response from the Fitbit staff.
