Hi - I bought the Versa 2 to better understand my sleep patterns. I also signed up for Premium membership to unlock all of the functionality of the Versa 2.
I have the latest firmware and iOS software (iPhone 11 Pro). I have ‘no score’ for both my first and second night ... it has recorded my awake/restless minutes though.
I have read the posts on this topic - I have logged in and out several times. Still ‘no score’ ... please help me to fix this.
