Sleep Mode Inaccurate

I already previously posted this issue, but didn’t get a response from someone at Fitbit. This time I will attach photos. First; my versa 2 has only given me a sleep score once so far (just don’t know why), and second, last night it did not accurately record my sleep at all. I got out of bed and went down stairs and one point and apparently it didn’t notice.  I would just like some help in figuring out why this part is being so tricky to use.

You are not getting a sleep scores because you are not getting sleep stages.  So the issue is really why are you not getting steep stages detected.

See Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am also having this same issues. I was receiving sleep scores every night, until the last 2. I am only able to turn on sleep insights and I am not wearing my fitbit any differently, it also has a good charge so I am not understanding the issue.
