Hello:
I just received a Versa 2 for Christmas. I have been wearing the watch at bedtime regularly to try to record my sleep stages, for instance REM vs deep etc. This far it is not working. I am getting the sleep tracker stats which is not what I want. I have adjusted the sleep sensitivity per the directions, I have refreshed and synced the watch and this far it nothing.
Honestly the sleep tracker is the reason I requested this watch and it is not doing this function. Would appreciate any help here.

Hi @MomDee19 , a warm welcome to the Community! I apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for the information provided
Please let me know if the situation persists.
The following conditions can prevent the sleep phases from being recorded:
- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection.
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (under 25%). This prevents a regular recording of the pulse.
- You use the metal bracelet while you sleep
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance, so that your pulse is recorded regularly and the sleep phases can be recognized.
If you tap on the recording where you don't see any sleep phases, you should get a message explaining why you didn't get one. What is this message?
II'll be expecting your reply
