I am having issues just this morning where my sleep and the exercise that I did this morning does not show up on the app. The exercise portion does show up on my versa, I am not sure what to do

I did do that several times and it was syncing everything but sleep and exercise. It turns out that I had to restart everything in order for it to work which is very frustrating and time consuming. I have been a long time fitbit user and things seem to be getting much more difficult and the apps seem buggy whenever you update or sometimes you dont even have to.
