Sleep and heart rate data inconsistent

1. HR is wonky. When I’m sitting down feeling relaxed, HR was showing 110 and rising quickly to 117, then in 2 secs, dipped to 61. Different degrees of variation noted through weeks.

2. When on elliptical and breathing heavily, clearly near my peak, elliptical HR shows 160 which appears correct and consistent with past workouts. But at the same time,  Versa showed below 120 which is definitely wrong.

3. Twice, sleep not recorded for parts of the cycle, once at the beginning and the other, at the end.

Can I get the Versa changed?

If you want to exchange your Versa you need to speak to the store you boughtit from, or contact Support (link in my signature)

Hey @MichaelTan, it is great to see new faces around! If your Versa is showing certain heart rate data at at the next minute totally different heart rate data, try to restart it by following these instructions. Now in regards of the data tracked when on the elliptical,  we don't suggest to compare the data from the Versa with the data on the elliptical because as both use different algorithms, the results will never be the same. However, if the difference is huge, please review our wearing tips, specially if you are working out.

And finally in regards of the sleep tracked, if you see that sleep stages and overall sleep data is inconsistent, I would suggest you to review our help article: What should I know about sleep stages?
