Is it ever going to improve. Every time it updates it gets worse. I have no idea what any of this means anymore 🤦🏻‍:female_sign:

Sad to hear that you're disappointed with the redesigned sleep chart in the latest release of the Fitbit app. At first sight it might look a bit confusing as it puts more information into one single chart. So I hope you'll find this helpful to clarify everything:
