Sleep calculation not correct

Hello:

I’m wearing versa 3 to track sleep. So today I found out that the calculation for sleep isn’t correct.

It says sleep starts at 23:19, wake up at 7:08,
Awake 1h13m REM 1h 40m Light 4h 3m Deep 53m, but total sleep time 6h 36m, which is obviously wrong.

I didn’t check other days’ data for sleep. But today’s calculation is wrong.

Anyone has the same issue and how to report to Fitbit?

Hello @sheila_ga and welcome to the Community.  Your sleep start and stop times reflect the time you were in bed and will include some time to fall asleep, some time you were awake, and any awake time during your sleep.  It's correct to me when I do the math.  Your REM + Light + Deep = 6 hr 36 min. your total sleep time.  Your Awake + total sleep time = 7 hr 49 min, matching the start and stop times.

I understand how they calculate but it doesn't add up to the right figures most of the time...they have a lot of glitches with this Fitbit
