Hi @SunsetRunner what do you mean by properly recording sleep?
Are start and stop times wrong?
Do you see simple sleep rather than sleep stages?
Heart Rate chart?
EOV chart?
Please add the details since we can not look over your shoulder?

Hi. I have the same issue. The start/stop times are wrong. Is there a way to fix this?

Mine has not recorded any sleep data since last Tuesday, and says to make sure watch is on while sleeping. Watch is always on, and charged.

Mine stopped tracking a month ago and the heart rate sensor isn't working either. Now done a factory reset and still nothing 😥

Whenever I have a good night sleep it does not give me a sleep score or any details about the deep light REM or anyting. The only time it gives me information is if I have a terrible night. I want information on my good nights as well. These devices are too expensive for them to act so sketchy. What do I do?

I have no answer—but I do not like the way it tracks sleep. Just emailed customer service. It says two hours when I know I slept at least six (especially if I am up for a few minutes in the wee hours), and it does not count naps—

What does the app give you as a reason (see my post abive). Did it have a consistent heart rate.

I will check all of the settings. I know that putting it on "sensitive" gives horrible results. Maybe I will look for Simple Sleep too--
