Hello,
I got a Versa at Christmas and my sleep data are showing on the Fitbit app but not on the device itself. (On the device, there are blanks against the various sleep parameters.)
The instruction manual suggests sleep data should show up on the device, but I've seen comments online saying that this feature is not yet available.
Can someone please advise?
Thanks, Roger

@london2000 No , it should show if the sleep has been tracked and synced. Try rebooting Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes, then syncing again.

I'm having the same problem. Sleep data appears on the Fitbit app, but in the Today app it just shows dashes, like this:
- -h - -m
asleep

@JoeSchwartz Have you tried rebooting your tracker?

@MarrrmadukeYes, several times with no effect.

@JoeSchwartz If you go to your Fitbit mobile app, to Versa's apps, is there an update to Today app? If you open the Today app page in Fitbit mobile app, what's the release date of app? Also, please make sure you're running the latest version of the fitbit mobile app.

@Marrrmaduke The Fitbit app doesn't show any update to the Today app. It says the Today app is version 33.1.30.c, updated on December 19, 2018. I'm using version 2.39.1779 (60070) of the Fitbit app for Windows 10, which appears to be the latest version according to this page:

@JoeSchwartz It seems to me like it's a bug in the app. Versa is not pulling back the data after calculation of sleep stages from Fitbit mobile app, but it's not the connection fault. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit Win10 app as this may prompt refreshing of the Today app on your Versa. The apps are first loaded within Fitbit app and only during sync installed on Versa. Place your Versa in the charger while doing that (for a few hours). The bottom line is Today app needs an update. In my case, though I'm on Android, sleep works, but I cannot log water. It worked for a while than it stopped. Actually the + sign disappeared entirely from Today app.

Thanks for the feedback provided so far. If I've correctly understood it, then this link
(Add sleep to "Fitbit Today" on the Ionic/Versa) suggests that the Versa doesn't currently show sleep on the device itself, only on the phone app. This seems very strange, and contradicts the instruction manual.
I'm using the Android app, which is up to date. Rebooting hasn't helped.

@london2000The sleep stats were added to the Today app with Fitbit OS 3.0, which was just released a couple weeks ago: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2302

@JoeSchwartz I think my Versa is up to date as it was only set up for the first time less than a week ago. It is running Firmware version 32.331.30 and the Android app on my phone is up to date.

I am seeing last night's sleep total, then the next screen shows the breakdown and the next the average for the week on my Versa.

@Marrrmaduke Bizarrely, whereas before I wasn't seeing any sleep data on my Versa, I'm now finding that it appears after I've been awake for an hour or so! It is, though, visible on my phone from the moment I wake up.
It all seems very strange but I think I just have to live with it and perhaps the bug will eventually get sorted out.
I appreciate the help you've given.

@lapincube today app is ... Buggy... At least for some. Uninstall and reinstall Fitbit app, go to Today app in the Apps in the Fitbit mobile app and check for updates, install if there's an update, sync, place your Versa in the charging dock for a few hours. Today app should get updated.
