Sleep data not showing on Versa

Hello,

I got a Versa at Christmas and my sleep data are showing on the Fitbit app but not on the device itself. (On the device, there are blanks against the various sleep parameters.)

The instruction manual suggests sleep data should show up on the device, but I've seen comments online saying that this feature is not yet available.

Can someone please advise?

Thanks, Roger

I have been back to the store where I purchased my FitBit Versa and they told me to unistall FitBit APP then re install and pretty much all of the above recommendations but nothing works. All figures, stats, numbers are showing except for the Sleep section which has the headings i.e. REM, Light etc. but no numbers for hours, minutes, just - -   - -   . This is exhausting trying to get those numbers. I need all stats on the watch to work because I have a phone that has a spaz attack when trying to sync with the Fitbit. I'm only getting half the data until my weekly email arrives.

It is 01/25/20 and the bugs have not been worked out: I just got my Versa Special Edition about a month ago and I can see all of my sleep data on my iPhone and on my iMac... but not on the device that actually records the data; my Fitbit.
