Sleep log hasnt logged for 3 days

My steps and sleep has not logged for 3 days.  I have logged off, restarted my phone, shut my phone off, and manually synced it.. nothing has worked

My versa is saying my last sync was on the 21st, it is now the 25th. I have tried everything, uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, bluetooth off them back on, ect.. all my other stats are there, just not my sleep. 

Why?

Do you have more than one tracker attached to your account? If so, delete the old one.

Has this issue been resolved? My versa won't track sleep but continues to track steps
