I recieved a Versa for my birthday March 6, which was an upgrade to my charge 2. I've noticed that the sleep is not tracking properly. It says I'm asleep even when I know I'm not . Ie: it has me asslep last night from 9:49-7:05 , I was watching a movie in bed until 11:30. Other nights when I've had sleep issues and have been reading for a couple hours it also says I am asleep. I already have it set to sensitive and feel I am wearing it right (in the right place and not too tight or loose). I have also done a hard reset .Any ideas?

@sampopsk It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is tracking sleep when you're actually not sleeping.
I'd like you to take a look at this help article, which explains how your Versa tracks your sleep and how long it takes to start tracking your sleep. If you see that the issue persists, let me know and I'll be happy to assist you accordingly.
