Syncing and setup issues on Versa

Hey,

After yesterday evening my Versa hasn't synced correctly. It's syncing steps, but not sleep and exercise and it says on the app that the last sync was yesterday. I've tried everything, deleting the app, restarting my phone and the Versa many times and also deleting every Bluetooth device ever paired and deleting the Versa from the Fitbit app. After I tried to setup the Versa again, no luck. It got the point where as a last solution I did a factory reset on my Versa and now I can't setup the Versa at all anymore! I've tried setting it up with my phone (OnePlus 6T), my PC (Windows 10) and my work phone (iPhone 8). It works fine until I enter the "pairing code" which shows up on the Versa, then it connects for a while and fails. Same thing happened before the factory reset. The iPhone was the only device showing an error message: "The operation couldn't be completed.  (Com.fitbit.HTTP error 403)"

What to do? Getting really tired of this because now my watch is useless. None of Fitbit's tips working on this one and now the factory reset ruined pretty much everything, before that atleast the watch could be used.. Everything has worked perfectly fine until this.

Hi, put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer. Do the same with you mobile device and repeat the entire setup procedure. Maybe it's wise to try this over Wifi. To activate the wifi on your Versa, go to the Fitbit app and to Wifi settings. Press that and you will see the name of your home's network with right next to it a white wifi icon. Press that and Fitbit starts connecting to your network. Once established the icon turn to blue and says connected. To check whether your Versa is connected, go to settings, press it, scroll down to device info and press that. If you see an IP address, your Versa is connected to your network. Now start the setup procedure as usual. Good luck!!

Thanks, I was just actually coming to update the issue: I finally got the Versa setup on my iPad, but the syncing is still apparently not working, at least not on my OnePlus. Versa is connected to it though.

Hi, when syncing does not work on your OnePlus, try the following:

1. Before starting: do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbi app on your OnePlus

2. Deinstall Fitbit app

3. Restart your OnePlus

4. Reinstall Fitbit app and enable BT

5. Sync your Versa with the OnePlus.

Good luck!!
