@bondman93   Here is the information you need about these two modes.  I see the DND as a daytime setting, so you aren't interrupted at a bad time.  Sleep is for sleep, especially since you can set a schedule.  Some users complain about the brightness of the watch face waking them.

Why doesn't DND have a schedule.  I'd like to always be disturbed, 24 hours a day.  That way my Fitbit won't decide for me that its time not to disturb.
