Sleep only not syncing on Versa

I synced my versa this morning, and all but my sleep has updated. I’ve rebooted the Fitbit, signed out of the app and back in again, turned my phone (iPhone7) off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled it. I don’t understand how all other parts are updated but sleep isn’t (and it’s not brought up the ‘couldn’t log sleep’ that I’ve previously seen). Anyone know if there’s anything left for me to try please!?

I regret to hear that your sleep is not being updated. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you performed before contacting us. If you are having difficulties with sleep stages instead of the sleep pattern (time spent awake, restless, and asleep), please be aware there are different factors that can affect your Fitbit Versa to record them. In addition, you can set up your watch as a replacement device by doing the following:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
