Sleep patterns diagram not appearing correctly

A few times since getting my versa lite I have had something wierd happen to my sleep stages diagram. Ir appears like a wall of blue with a few lines in it, not like the ribbon it usually does. If i could show you a screenshot that would help but I don't know how to do it. Can you tell me how to fix this?

That is when sleep stages cannot be detected, for various reasons.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
