Sleep patterns won’t record

My sleep record stopped showing the details and records just the basic as if I pushed the start sleep now

@M13 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped recording your sleep patterns.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight. Finally, check out your sleep sensitivity in your profile settings and change it to "Sensitive" and click on submit.

 

Once you've done this, monitor your Versa and see if your sleep gets recorded.

I’m having the same issue and the prescribed steps did not work. I bought my Versa in early May and it was recording sleep properly. For the past 2 weeks I’ve only received basic sleep metrics.

That is exactly the time frame I have been having trouble and I have tried resetting my device several times

I tried all three of those things several times before I  even messaged here and its still not working unfortunately
