This is extremely frustrating... My versa hasn't been syncing properly for days... It will sync maybe once a day.. And only if I have it in the charger. The time gets slower and slower... Have tried All the trouble shooting tips and tricks... As well as looking in these forums for help. I even tried the chat support and that was worthless.. Still no luck. It was fine until the latest update in May...
