Does anyone know why sleep scores don’t tally with how many hours/minutes you get? For example one day I can have 5hrs 55 mins with a score of 75, and another day I can have 6hrs 55mins with a score of 65.... I’ve already gathered the sleep part on these are no way accurate, it’ll say I’m asleep when I’m laid awake, so it must be something to do with heart rate how it works, but the scores seem to be so random, is anyone else’s like this? Thanks

The sleep score is not just based oh HR but also on movement (restlessness) and sleep stages. More information here:

Best AnswerOh I see, that makes more sense now, the score is based on quality and not quantity of sleep, thankyou
