Hi, I just purchased the premium package and my sleep score is not showing up. I tried turning my fit bit on and off as well as my phone

Hello @Mserna and welcome to the forums. Did you try logging out of the app, then logging back in? Not a guarantee, but a suggestion. Also, the basic sleep score was always available. The premium pack gets you more detailed information. Did you have a sleep score then lost it?

@Mserna I looked at your profile and I can see that you are online. I see that you are a brand new user. Have you had your Fitbit for at least a day and slept? You have to sleep to get a Sleep Score.
