Hi,
For the past 5 nights, my Versa has only tracked basic sleep info. I have tried wearing it tighter, wearing it looser, and also have restarted it a couple of times. Before this it worked mostly perfectly with a basic sleep stat night only once in awhile. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips with no luck. What should I do now?

Best AnswerSame thing has happened to me. was fine until about a week ago. I have not changed anything, it is a Versa problem. Please sort this out.
