Hi,
For the past 5 nights, my Versa has only tracked basic sleep info. I have tried wearing it tighter, wearing it looser, and also have restarted it a couple of times. Before this it worked mostly perfectly with a basic sleep stat night only once in awhile. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips with no luck. What should I do now?

Same thing has happened to me. was fine until about a week ago. I have not changed anything, it is a Versa problem. Please sort this out.

I've been having the exact same problem! I've only be getting basic sleep details for the past 2 weeks. I have tried everything as well and nothing seems to work. Very frustrating.

Had the same problem. Noticed that my heart rate monitor was turned off. Went to settings and turn it on. Hopefully I’ll get sleep data now
