So yesterday I got a Versa Lite, mainly to track my sleep. Versa Lite is supposed to be able to track detailed sleep stages (light, deep, REM) and not just basic info (restless, asleep and awake). I've looked up for help online and I've seen a lot of people with the same problem. Can anyone offer any help ? This is basically the feature for what I got the Fitbit and I wouldn't like to return it.

Hello @WildTotarda welcome to the Community Forums, it's a pleasure to help you with your concern.
I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post, just as you stated, your Fitbit Versa Lite should track Sleep Stages as the way we designed it. To better assist you with this situation, since you received your device yesterday, can you please let me know if you found any error message on the auto-sleep simplified graph stating why you didn't receive Sleep Stages? I recommend you to check our help article: What should I know about sleep stages? for more information about this specific feature.
See you around, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for the reply @RicardoFitbit
The problem seems to be solved 👏
I just woke up and had all my sleep stages tracked (pretty accurately too I must say).
There where no error messages on my first log though.
What I did was change the sleep sensitivity from "normal" to "sensitive" and that seemed to do the trick fortunately.
Hope it keeps working as it did.
Cheers for the help
